Kilco Hypracid One is a chlorine-free, three-in-one detergent, descaler, and steriliser designed for dairy farm hygiene. It effectively cleans milking equipment, removes mineral deposits, and sanitises surfaces without using chlorine, phosphoric acid, or nitric acid. Key Features of Kilco Hypracid One Active Ingredient : Octanoic acid Free from : Chlorine, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, nitrates, and phosphates Formulation : Methanesulfonic acid and adapted surfactants for high cleaning and degreasing effects Application : Use with hot water (60–75°C) Environmental Impact : Phosphate and nitrate-free, reducing environmental impact For optimal results, alternate Hypracid One with a chlorine-free alkaline cleaner like Octaklean twice per week. When using as a single-phase product, ensure water temperature is between 60–75°C. Use at a concentration of 0.8% in hot water, circulating for 8–10 minutes.
